Volodymyr Tsomenko has over 16 years of experience in international trade, in particular in the field of military equipment. A mechanical engineer, he holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration focused of the reform of Ukraine’s defence industry (Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, 2016).
Having served as the Deputy Head of the Contracts Department of the State Foreign Trade Enterprise "Spetstechnoexport" Volodymyr then went on to become Advisor to the General Director of the state-owned company "Ukrspetsexport". Well-versed in international trade and the development of programs in the field of military equipment, he also has extensive working experience with the East Atlantic region, particularlyy India, Vietnam and Bangladesh.
